Create Community Impact Through Direct Support

The Long Beach Police Foundation receives numerous requests for support. The Foundation reviews, evaluates, and posts grant requests for direct support from our partners. Current grant requests include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital Cameras for Patrol Officers (350 needed – same make/model + memory card)
  • Microscope for Crime Lab
  • Fingerprint Comparison Viewer for Crime Lab
  • Event Sponsorships:
    • Police Awards Ceremony
    • Neighborhood Watch Appreciation BBQ
    • Volunteer Appreciation BBQ
    • Community Police Academies
    • Police Explorer Post
    • Quality of Life Program (assisting homeless to get off the streets)
    • Chief for a Day Essay Contest
    • Shop with a Cop collaborative with LB Junior Chamber and the Boys andGirls Club of Long Beach
